Meet the Founder of Boss Wear

Hi Friends, my name is Cilena. I’m a Mother, Wife, and an Entrepreneur. But life hasn’t always been easy for me. I’ve faced many struggles, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way are now the very things I want to teach other women. It’s only been in the last five years that I’ve found success as an Entrepreneur, largely through self-teaching and determination. I didn’t have many people to look up to or guide me on my journey, and that’s why I’m so passionate about empowering others.
I still battle mentally past trauma now and then and constantly ask myself, “How can I heal and grow beyond what holds me back?” The answer has always been clear: by helping other Women who are facing similar struggles. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to supporting others, just as I did with my Nonprofit, the Jump In2 School Bash which helps children like I once was. Seeing the success of that work, I realized I could do the same for women.
So, I created this brand with the goal of walking alongside other women as we work on bettering ourselves together. To become the TRUE Boss Within! This is about Women Supporting Women, Lifting each other up, and finding our Power within. I look forward to inspiring and growing with you as we embark on this journey. Together, we’ve got this!
